Are you kidding me. Number of groups interested in our products !! .....and what's your thoughts if the MOU's are negotiated on a 30 or 60 day moving average, or at a premium for AVQ's premium clean product. Bloomberg's analysis seem to show diminished stock for the premium and medium grade DSO itineraries in China. Also are all interested parties Chinese.??

"Takeover Provision.... Big deal"

Takeover Provisions are to insure the company via any hostile arrangement. A contract to T/O is another matter and inxs of $$$ in my book is a "big deal".

"Court of appeal to reconvene. We all knew it will reconvene this month"

Did we! Not sure whether the Judges know on a set date. Where is your reference that the courts would in fact "reconvene this month". I certainly didn't know.

Great announcement this morning. The amount of interest AVQ has now is incredible and from multiple directions. We're nearly there. Patience Grasshopper's, the appeal will be D & Ded soon. Then we can move onto mine implementation for production.......OR.....I sell my boat!!
