I was at the AGM as well. I agree, very badly handled. Fred needs to leave, the board need complete replacing. One of the directors up for re-election did not even show up. I also agree Ben needs to move to CTO role and they need a new CEO and new management team, that have done 101 and 102 in marketing. This is a great company, with great products and they need strong people running it.
Its been oversold today, and alas I have no spare cash to lower my average, having lost a HUGE amount today on EOS.
I hear that the management are at Ord Minnett tomorrow and they will be caned to an inch of their life, and they deserve it.
