AZZ - I can just see those ASX lawyers pouring over the contracts at the moment...no doubt...to earn their keep they will want to see some changes to the notice...I'm guessing particularly in the area of 'conditions precedent'

If we get a really anal technical response from ASX it could dive the SP and we all get another chance at a run up to 40c imo...will be a very interesting one I think
