I realise that this thread is about the date but........I'm more interested in the result, the date will eventually take care of itself, EVENTUALLY?!
I would rather decide the result and let anyone else decide the date as opposed to decide the date and allow anyone else to decide the result. Unfortunately, none of us get to chose either the date or the decision on said date and as such I will not be happy until we get the result we all want, in writing from the three judges, an email would suffice!
Remember, no legal decision is certain until it is handed down and even then it can be appealed as we ALL know! Thankfully, this is the (hopefully), last roll of the dice for Sumitomo but again NOTHING is certain in this matter until these judges say so. Just saying the date is only half of the puzzle and I would quietly caution people to remember that in the final days of this saga.
