re: iba placement The placement may well dilut shares but it is good to see investors keen to snap them up and the acquisitions are earnings positive so part of the forecats 7cps (including dilution) earnings is made up there. Psychologically market will like it when it is done and out of the way. then business can flow as usual and IBA can deliver some more big contract wins.
