re:dionysis is right Hedge funds have pushed the price of copper too hard.
Proof of the pudding is in the latest refined copper imports into China.
DOWN by 33% in April compared to last year.
In the last 4 months the refined copper imports into China have dropped 36.3%.
Some Chinese copper fabricators have closed completely as a result of these price increases.
