the issue is, that "imminent contracts" has passed its definition.
imminent has come and gone.
we are now in the - there is a delay of some sort that interfered with their original optimistic position.
So given that the meeting is locked in, then the suspension will follow, and if they dont have announcement of contract before then to hoot the sp above 2c, there will be a consolidation, a mild one as i see it.
