Any close over 75.15 before SEP 30th ... is Bullish on the Monthly chart.
the Weakly and Daily Charts are bullish now at 75.15 too.
Also now we have a triple chart confirmation of a change in trend at 75.15 .
...thats after a Triple Bottom has Formed near 72.00 this week .
All 3 charts will be pointing up if we close at or over 75.15 this week and month.
