spot the difference.

I've come up with this business plan after reading HC
I have a supermarket, but don't have the expertise to run it properly. So I think I'll sell some of my share to wollies and by that clever move I will gain expertise into how to run a large organisation ( I am clever, it's not going to take me years of frustation to build a world class company.)
I also have a huge parcel of land that will be the mega plex of all supermarkets, hell the Americans are even going to take this on board. I plan to fund all my dreams through my initial supermarket and I won't be selling my mega plex because I'll have the expertise and cash flow to fund it myself, won't even have to bother the banks for any money. I now hold the upper hand. But just to tease the big guys I might offer them a piddly 3-4% of the mega plex, on my terms of course (remember I'm pretty smart now).
Oops a hiccough - I misjudged my cash flow what can I do.
I know - I have some rich unsuspecting relatives in another country. I'll tell me of my plans and ask them to send money, lots of it because in a months time they will be rich when I build the mega plex.

Ok I've got the cash, now to set things in place but hang on, Oh Sh*t, more problems and the cash flow has diminished again. What am I to do. I know, I'll build the mega plex and all will be sweet. No, stop again, that is going to cost and I need cash flow now. Another bright idea. I'll buy a couple of corner deli's, that'll give me some cash and keep the Rellies happy.

I'm starting to have doubts now about my mega plex, I wonder if wollies will take up 40-50% of my site. Gee I'm smarter than what I thought, I now have lots of things, Staff will flock to my business because I've got lots of things to offer them. Gee I might even move my office to another country and stay with the rellies. Oh no, I can't do that I owe them too much money. It's ok though I'll just give them a ring and sooth things over.

Ah sh*t it's been a long couple of weeks hasn't it.
