re: re:dionysis is right Refined copper down, but copper concentrate imports up as they bring new smelters online.
Our miners are predominantly concentrate floggers.
As to the actual copper price-anything above the longer term 'real' price plus an allowance for increased costs of production would lift the historical 'nice' copper price of 15 years ago (90 cents) to over US$1.40lb- I reckon US$2.00-US$2.50lb is a good longer term price range.
But for the next few years ,whilst production cannot keep pace with demand, settle for north of US$3.00 lb please!
