Yep agreed and that's the reason why I wouldn't have mind to get them.
More important, this is a clear sign that the current CR is oversubscribed by now and there will be a "fight" to get anything under 4c once they are back in the market. At 4c the MC would be just around $25m at full dilution! Most of the back door listing Tech companies just start at $30m. The question is what would be the MC when they start commercializing? Check NASDAQ to have an idea of MC for wearable companies and make your own conclusions.
