So you only buy monopolies?
Drones will themselves develop countermeasures and on and on it goes. Your previous example of SRC was a small not for profit University project and Selex began as a small Aussie tech to become what it is now so I only see positives in your attempts to discredit the idea.
Drones are a massively expanding market and there will be enormous space for many countermeasure techs to invade. 100 bil over the next decade projected spending- You think one company is going to suck all that up?
Here are some more examples.

The main risk is clearly the fact its at HOA stage with pending due dil but on the other hand there's Hartleys/Rezsos who are putting this together and they're unlikely to throw some crap at KNE without having vetted it themselves.
