As a general point, I agree that significant falls like this are worth noting for what they indicate about what insiders know.

However, this has been happening steadily for a while. We know Risco are accumulating and using their holding to flush out uncommitted holders (or we're fairly certain of this).

We also know the company has a bad smell: a difficult significant shareholder and a low (?) point in a cyclical commodity.

So: on balance, the considered view of a few of us here (I think, respectfully) is that value is created when risk and return are significantly mismatched like they are with TAP at 20c.
