re: opinion Agreed, June is a difficult month to raise capital - either there is a large investor/investment entity to take up the offer or the raising will be delayed until the market is better, and the company has posted profits.
Since profit guidance was for about $1.2m this quarter perhaps something is going on behind the scenes but certainly we as shareholders need more infomation.
