re: tfs sold We are forgetting the obvious in these deliberations. Platinum is really just a consortium facilitator. Who says TZ does not have a share of the sale in its current format? I bet all the recent delay and silence has been about doing deals. That would explain everything. If they knew they were out entirely they would have said so. The fact that there is still no announcement indicates with bells and whistles that there is still more to announce ie my bet is they have a slice of the new company and there will be a change in licensing structures with the departure of Txt (who held the licenses for Intevia). Platinum can't make a go without TZL so there must be a major deal/rearrangement of licensing.

When we hear from TZ I bet the stock will explode. Whatever you do, do not sell now, or you'll miss the boat. It may take a few days for them to position themselves for the announcement as this may involve an announcement of funding for their stake and all sorts of other critical issues. News doesn't look good to me on analysis, it looks fantastic.
