Interesting times; interest rate rise would have been bad for markets apparently and now no decision signals that markets/economy is fragile = bad for markets. Who said that sentiment has changed?
A few screen shots and the PB quotes are paddington bear from the xso thread (Found her words of wisdom much better than anything I could say! I hope she is not offended?). Notes on board.
