i see what you are saying and it makes sense, however Ideal Internet obviously value their business at 350K so they accepted 6,000,000 shares at 5 cents....if they were issued at 3 cents wouldn't that mean they would have to be issued with 10,000,000 shares?

So i don't think they will be selling their shares below 5 cents.
