So the 5-ton unit has been "de-risked"? Apart from the clever use of business jargon, what exactly does this mean? Has all financial risk been eliminated, or just some? Is there sufficient operational data to conduct a financial analysis? Have all capital and operational expenditures been quantified and analyzed to demonstrate the economic advantage of ablation versus milling, including additional permitting costs?
