re: opinion I very much doubt such capital raising would take place given market conditions and the timing of it. I would suspect management would be reviewing such move.
Ii the event that a large investor taking part in placement at 2.5 cents then it's obvious current price is a dead bargain especially when company has significant contracts in the pipeline.
