    I think from memory AWE shareholders were given shares in bru as compensation for bru spinning out of AWE and therefore AWE didnt hold shares in bru. bhutos will be able to confirm this as i think he was one of those awe holders . So AWE never held shares in BRU to block anything if bhutos says different then i stand corrected.
