JaseM...you do realise that they are performance shares don't you? Check out the vesting conditions. If vesting conditions aren't met they get nothing, no cash salary, nothing....
In my opinion, this is a great deal for the Company and shows the confidence that the Directors have that Triton will get upwards towards $1.
