Cfo is not any oridinay role in an organisation... It's a leadership role as we all know. Saying that overnight they got flooded with so much business and growth that the Cfo was unable to handle... is at best lunatic. Under normal circumstances it's a planned transition or atleast a notice period. We have all seen what kind of companies wait to release bad news on Friday just before market close. May be the financials are so stuffed up and blown out of proportion that the cfo has to be kicked out...may be there is bad news to come on financial viability and health of this company... Who knows .. Let's see.
