I'm very happy MMG are onboard, this is the only way SEG can survive. There's no point holding 100% and not having the cash to explore, you become a sitting duck to get taken out and shareholders end up with virtually nothing. I think there are a few other juniors around that would welcome an "MMG" with open arms.
If exploration is successful MMG would more than likely invest the extra $7.5m for 70% and even push for 100%. Getting taken out this way would be a vastly different result for shareholders and the unexplored tenements would be worth a lot more too.
