We do nothing and the civilian casualties are even greater...do you still care about them? I guess it's easy to turn a blind eye to a problem that we are not involved in.
Anyway, whether you or I are correct, the reality is the reality - so what are we going to do about it? Stuff them back in, turn off the light and close the door?
