There is demand, but it's currently demand at 1.1c, not demand at market value. Basically buyers stipulate that they want to buy, but at a price not more than 1.1c. Sellers currently don't want to sell that low.
That being said, there is a huge bank of demand at 1.1c and I wouldn't be surprised if it spilled over before close.
