Any purchase of STO gas asset despite being cheap would likely lead to a capital raising by Drillsearch. Just look at what Cooper Energy and Central Petroleum did. Both bought gas assets from STO. Both require more cash than their Market Cap to fully complete the transaction.
It is just too difficult to justify paying for gas assets using borrowed money.
