Apologies to regulars who have heard me say this before.

The FXS trial should be on track to report by end of year. Final trial participants will finish up very soon. This is reflected in the clinicaltrials site which was set to "active but not recruiting" on 13 Aug. The company has repeatedly promised results by end of year and all circumstantial evidence supports this.

The long running TBI trial had an uptick in enrolment rate in the last year and several HC NEU regulars- apologies for not citing you- did the maths and worked out the trial should be done by September. They were very close to the 260 last time they published the numbers. However on 13 Aug (same date!) the clinicaltrials site was updated with the completion date changed from August to November. So I expect the trial to be completed this calendar year but when the results come out is less certain.

That trial has been a long hard grind. It started in 2010!

Another more important mystery is what is happening to the mild TBI trial. Here the clinicaltrials site was updated mid June, and as it stands there are allegedly 2 non recruiting hospitals alongside the Fort Bragg site. Allegedly that will complete on October but we know that's not true because at the AGM RT said he expected the trial to blow out into next year.

I think we all expect the official end of the FXS trial to be announced with confirmation on timeline for the results, given the precedent with the Rett trial. Hopefully they will use that opportunity to update us on the two TBI trials.
