Theft is always an issue in gold mines but can be controlled and I therefore doubt that this is an issue here.
Metallurgical balances are always difficult, particularly when the grade is high and nuggety. The issue of gold building up in the circuit is a bit of a firfy as well and at the end of the day, you will get this gold. All mills need to be managed by the tail grade. As long as it is not going to tails, the mill is doing it's job and if the gold is not there, this will soon become obvious (that's why we call the plant the lie detector although some call it a random number generator if not run well).
These things take a while to settle down and I am confident that they will get it right fairly quickly now but the thing we don't want is surprises. If there is a reconciliation problem, get it out in the open quickly or the market will be less forgiving
