This is certainly strange. Humble, you say that coverage for small companies is hard to get but Fosters, Hartley's and Cannagord all have reports on this company so one could argue the company is already well covered.
This leaves me to question the motivation to pay for another report from a 4th tier research house whose main game is research on polls.
Where is the real data company developments?
The only rational thing i can think here is that there is a cap raise coming. Trying to spike the share price and raise cash. Why else would you commission a report when you are already well covered?
If they raise cash before the next quarterly that is a massive red flag for me. If the quarterly sales numbers good, they should release the quarterly then raise on a price rise based on fundamentals. If they are bad, guarantee they raise cash before them
