The entitlement issue prospectus shows that the total proceeds is 126,454 and the net proceeds after expenses of the offer is 86,454 which is allocated to working capital. Miniscule??
With cash and cash equivalents of over 2m, one can assume that they are indeed rewarding shareholders based on the sp at the time of announcement.
The figures shown in the balance sheet are unaudited which might explain a large error in total current assets - appears may be due to error in transposition in other assets??
