You have now (or will have 1.7bln shares) on issue.

After consolidation, 560m shares that will need to relist at minimum 4.5c for even the SI's to break even, which is about $25m market cap.


Anyone who bought in recent times in the 2c -3c range, need the SP to be 6-9c, or market cap of $33 - $50m post consolidation.

Pushin you know what uphill IMO to get near that.

If the stock is so good, and so oversubscribed, every man and his dog wants it, why not offer shares to your holders, with some free attached options, and why not raise higher to not dilute the shite out of your loyal holders?



Total disgrace, do feel sorry for holders.

Whether I like the company or not is not the question here.

They stated (fact) minimum 2c raising, so they have lied to their holders, fact.

You are only as a good as your weakest manager IMO.
