The FQ connection is definately a plus for AVL & hopefully will result in AVL getting a project of its own in Zambia shortly but I think AVL is Bill Turner's baby and is likely to remain so for the foreseeable future.
AVL have just moved their offices away from the shared situation with FQ which indicates more independance rather than a consolidation of FQ's interests.
