Morgan Stanley is predicting the property is going downhill from now onwards. It will take at least 10 years (may be more) for the next boom. For those who are still predicting the property will go up or sustain, they are probably day dreaming without any economic direction to support.

Uh huh....so far we have

-agents turning away vendors due to having to many houses to sell
-houses being sold below cost
-interest rates going up 1% on investor loans
-a whole lot of 'I see on the realestate.com listings going up
-and the classic 'my friend bought/sold a house'

Talk about dreaming lol
