If you're right, then it seems to me a sophisticated scare campaign has been launched to cause panic just before the report, knowing full well that PAA's principals would be bound to be silent on any clinical results before the report's findings are made public. Now if you heard the preliminary results of a company with a potentially game changing drug was posting good preliminary results, creating panic in that period of silence before the announcement might be a good way of getting in for next to nothing for potentially a big rise. If this is a deliberate scare campaign, we're talking of criminality.
