Football Star, thats nothing unusual, we have all been there and done that, but if you want to be involved in the market thats the pressure you have to accept, especially if you buy stock like LVL.

I trade international futures, if the US markets go up by 1.6% this week, I lose about 30-40% of my portfolio (assuming the rise has a global effect as well). I find it hard to sleep for 2hrs straight without reaching out for my mobile and checking prices. Its not that I am nervous, thats just more my passion for the markets, but LOL thats the pressure you have to deal with and naturally if it happens I will log on here in the moring to wooosh wooosh and tooot tooot etc.

However if you buy the banks etc you can sleep easy, hopefully thats a lesson kriss will learn as a result. Mine was PWR, we have all been here.
