OK, I just won't post any more as it seems to cause too much grief and anxiety and I set myself up for all sorts of vexatious comments. I will admit I don't actually have the emotional stamina to tolerate that rubbish when all I tried to do was to drive lateral thinking into what is a feral mess that has many interleaving and interwoven part to it with past documents locking events in the future and some documents no longer valid due to things changing since then......yes, I saw an opportunity and yes I needed to stay independent (i.e. not a shareholder) to be able to stay clear of potential conflict of interest and for it to have a chance to possibly fly.
