Interesting how one comes to the forum - displaying confusion, then displaying in depth knowledge - then tells us they are a textile industry exec. - who only posts on AJX forum, who then talks about the CEO not being able to be found on accounting registers and legal registers - but, who fails to tell us if you don't keep up your registrations - they lapse - and, would I think NC has an interest in keeping up with his CPA registration? I think not.
However, this detailed level of knowledge does not extend to checking where the statements of individual posters come from as in - "Are you joking? I've seen dozens of statements on this board from people who say NC told them AJX was going to file confidentially under the JOBs Act. Just this morning this quote from NC was posted by Toxxic on the $10+/ share thread:

Unfortunately, we are in a confidential filing (or blackout) period where we simply can’t say anything."

Arrh, so - if many of us say it - it must be true

And, boy, that Toxxic has a bit of cred - even gets a personal mention - on ya Toxxic.


Now, why would I be suspicious here ----------- ?

We have a supposed textile industry exec. who isn't with Alexium - ie. a competitor, who comes in like a new fresh wind, telling us their sentiment is sell and they don't hold - when at that precise moment in time our SP has just the day before hit an all time high and looks like running away --

the very last thing many would want if they intend to build a solid position - or they wish to contain the price to consider a bid for the company.

Around the same time - the bots become very active ------- and are spotted making rapid bids etc. before trade - in times past, the SP has reacted wildly to that.

The bots might have just this morning about 20 minutes ago done similar (but, I can't be certain of that yet- just had a quick few screen flashes - so, it might have been the asx adjusting from overnight - but, ?? timing again and coincidence --------- always to be noticed, but, not necessarily trusted).


Lets see what happens today.

I will keep an eye on the screen activity as best as I can ------- bit thin on bandwidth still.
