It might be irrelevant to you. But when somebody states their credentials in the press release when they become CEO then I for one would want those statements to be true. The question is not whether he can practice law and you don't need a CPA to be the CFO of a company (NC's prior title). But when a company announces a new CEO it should be accurate. Maybe there is an innocent explanation but it's not that they used the same bio as they did when he became CFO. It was different.
