TV2U Forms Strategic Alliance to Tackle Piracy

TV2U, a leading content enabler and technology provider, has announced a strategic alliance with Stereoscope Cloud and Vector International to launch its TARA TV service into China. TV2U’s technology will be used by the Chinese Government to launch a state-owned video streaming service in a bid to significantly reduce piracy within the region.

2. Divan

TV2U & DIVAN.TV AGREED TERMS FOR MUTUAL COLLABORATION WITH A VIEW TO JOINING FORCES TO BECOME A PREMIUM OTT SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE EUROPEAN EMERGING MARKETS   Galicia Energy Corporation Limited (GAL or the Company) is pleased to announce that TV2U Singapore Pte Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of TV2U Worldwide Pty Ltd) (TV2U) has entered into a Collaboration Agreement with Divan.TV LLC (Divan). Divan.TV is a leading interactive television company that is targeting predominantly Russian speaking consumers, both domestically in CIS regions and globally for their service. Divan.TV currently has over 800,000 subscribers and is available in 196 countries with content in Russian, English, French, Armenian, Georgian, Belarusian, Kazak, Ukrainian, Chinese, Jewish and Polish‐language channels. The collaboration with TV2U contemplates the Divan.TV international service to be integrated with the TV2U cloud entertainment platform.  

3. Humax

London, UK – 15th July 2015 – TV2U, a leading content enabler and technology provider, today announced it has partnered with Humax, a global leading gateway provider, to implement its TARA TV streaming service into the Humax product line. The roll out will begin in Australia, Germany, and the UK and will be extended across the rest of Europe later this year.
