To me the market cap should be at least 30m-50m based on FA.
It is just unacceptable the SP falls over 20% for a milestone agreement. Why did such a ridiculous thing happen? Market insane or management?
For a spec stock, the sp depends on Mr. Market‘s interest, confidence, and expectation (not on the company’s profit and dividend). Smart management take advantage of all favorable news and feel-good factors by all means to attract the attention of the market and pique the interest of potential investors, and therefore strengthen the company’s position in the capital market, and build its image and reputation, and facilitate its business development. News flow, media exposure and public opinion environment are paramount for maintaining confidence and good expectation in the market which has important influence on the sp. It was surprising and regrettable to see Patrys’ management waste a very good opportunity. Have a few questions for them:
Are you satisfied with the penny sp around 1c as you think the current sp is commensurate with the company’s asset value and reputation? If not, how can you turn it around? How long till the sc1 revenue generation in China or the next out-license agreement?
Are you multitasked for sm6? Could it have been more positive had you come up with a new plan for sm6 in the ann?
As a public listed company, is it possible to be more actively exposed to the whole world? More visibility, more attention, more interests, more opportunities. On the YouTube where many Aussie biotech companies promote their products, services and reputation, no promotional video about Patrys and its products can be found there.
