I'd just like to point out that a majority of today's buying could've most likely been from the same person. Below I've illustrated similarities (if others didn't pick up on them already):
Combining the totals would come to a mere $45k. If you include the standalone $10k parcel (which I'm convinced is the same person), then it'll be at $55k. Seems someone is convinced this will blow up
