If the patents are held by at.t. does this mean xtv are more embedded with them than we thought and at.t. are really then the silent partner ...
So commercially would you say xtv are far more developed than we thought having their at.t weight behind them and considering their non existent market cap should assume at.t would push this to be a monster or does this mean at.t can bury them and transfer the tech to another entity if xtv fail the commercial test..
