Do you remember when the PPA with the DoD was announced for the C5 array, that it was only for one year? If so, from when? Some people were a little alarmed at the time over its shortness. MO did say in a road show that CWE reserved the right to stop or interrupt supply for testing purposes at any time in that period. I am pondering for the necessity of a new PPA or the extension of the old. A new PPA could specify a meaningful price.
Having negotiated one PPA another one, including for C6 project, should be like falling off a log.
