Generally rob the lender asks for fees upfront, the media release even mentioned (including upfront fees)....this is how these games play out.

You know, send us $100k or 500k so we can release the first tranche of $150m, that sort of thing.

Anyway, won't say any more, obviously some people hurting here sitting on big losses, my comments are not meant to hurt anyone here that is 100% for sure, just like to do my research on obscure lender types.
