re: farallon the dumper at 8.10 Correct me if I'm wrong, but from reading the "ceasing to be sub holder notice", from my calculations Farallon transacted and sold their shares off-market, 53,117,100 shares sold for a total of $430,567,208. That makes approx $8.10 per share ??

Is this correct ?? A 23% discount to current market value ??

Please correct me if I am mis-interpreting the information...
