I'm hoping that we'll see 1.50 by end of year, but I also expect to see 70-80 cents before the end of next year.

Vintage is correct. Without additional information coming to light (which I'm hopeful of), there doesn't seem to be any reason why PEN should be worth more than any other equivalent Uranium company. Maybe they'll all come up to PEN or maybe PEN will drop down to them, or maybe they'll meet in the middle. Hard to say, but it seems a good bet that the difference in market cap will resolve itself somehow.
