How can you know that? As you've said, it's all subject to confidentiality agreements. So you can't know anything and, if you did, you wouldn't be able to say it. You complain about people being negative, and accuse them of trying to push the price down for their own purposes, but you are just as bad, with unsubstantiated comments like the above, and unlicensed financial advice to boot!
