asic, asx and the accc all have different rules in regards to WHAT A non EXE dir can or cant do. but im sure those who are trying to make a change/lodged a 203D notice are well aware  of.
As i have stated before .

But in the mean time how can GD sign off as the MD? when there last ann on this subject was this:
Glen Darby has resigned as Managing Director and continues as Non-executive Director. Mr Darby has decided to make this change to concentrate on personal affairs.

Where are the regulatory bodies??food for thought!
