They can't pi$$ the deal off till they have something else to tell the market... If they advise the market hay ERJ is being difficult we canned the deal, without anything else on the cards the sp will get smashed...
If they then bag some deals tell ERJ to get stuff your too much trouble we have enough to move ahead with...
ERJ would need to look for something else not as advanced or bend to the PSY demands..
PSY need to get some other deals done then get rid of the baggage if they don't play ball. As they are a first client they see PSY as an easy target, once other deals occur and you tell them thats it or get stuffed go to China and good luck... See what deal they may beg for...
