Not quite true.... ERJ have a lot to lose, if they are trying to break into the Chinese market and wanting to gain some market share, then without a good enough product, ERJ will lose that entire opportunity. Opportunity = money, and hopefully they will do the smarter thing by realising, we are bringing them value. They may pay us $1 for the tech, but we will make them $2 in return.

And yes, PSY also have something to lose, but very little, we will lose that potential 1% that we would get from ERJ, but positively, we will also save ourselves the head f... dealing with a bunch of low ballers that cannot appreciate the technology and wish to pay peanuts for it.

And as a business owner myself, sometimes... Certain deals are just not worth the effort, especially when the reward doesn't cover for all the time and effort spent.

NST, ERJ and PSY. Which parties will benefit from PSY technology. the answer is ERJ and NST. It is unlikely that the deal is off since these three companies need each other in terms of adding more value in its products and services. Hence, the SH update is necessary to avoid such rumour.
